As I promised the second part of my “what to bring” guide, see part one here, and my party outfit here, you see that I used the same items styled in different ways, a dress styled up with heals, styled down with flats and a pair of pants, and as above a cosy sweater that I also travelled in, styled with a cool skirt and heels for a casual evening look or as I did, went out for dinner in. The pictures where shot in our super beautiful hotel in Stockholm, Hotel Diplomat, gotta love prette staircases and elevators right?

When traffic is hectic walk in between instead of around. Thats the rule in cities like Paris and Milan and is practiced a lot during fashion week, or crazy week as most of our taxi drivers discribed in when we explained why we were in town. Never the less is the “thing” to do when wanting to get a cool streetstyle shot, but I warn you kids. Don’t try this at home, especially Copenhagen there are no tollerance to walking in traffic so stick to the sidewalk and walk faboulously in there instead.

Nothing feels worse than freezing, or maybe I can think of a few things. But I really don’t like the cold. That’s why I’ve chosen to embrace the thermal trend thats going on this season, not only has this thermo sweater moved into my wardrobe. But also a duvet size coat and two/three long coats have moved in as well. Actually only two new ones, one has just seen the light again since last year. So stay tuned for a bit more fall outfits from New York and Paris, but also some packed outfits are coming your way!

DONT PACK AWAY THE SHOULDERLESS

Layering knits is something I’ve really come to love as the winter has arrived. It’s freezing in Copenhagen now, and was so the day these photos where shot in NY. That’s when I figured that my “cold shoulder” styles wouldn’t have to include cold shoulders if I was to layer it with a turtleneck as here, or a shirt or thin knit. I’ve tried all three combinations and they all work, so don’t pack away those bare shoulder pieces jet, just layer them!

LET THE EMBROIDERY MAKE THE LOOK

Sometimes all you gotta do is add embroidery, this outfit is super simple, a black jumper and miniskirt, but the matching flower embroidery gives it just the twist of the fall vintage trend. I paried it up with these uper funky sunglasses, and classic bag and boots. Perfect for the time, though I might throw a jacket and a pair of tights on for the cold time we’re in.
